Does it support PINT AE natively?
Zoho BooksNo — an accredited provider is required
Zoho Books does not send invoices over the Peppol network by itself and is not an accredited service provider. You need an accredited provider (ASP) that takes your invoices out of Zoho, converts them to PINT AE and transmits them. Since August 2026 Zoho's UAE entity is itself accredited, so a native Zoho route may become available — confirm it for your plan, or pick any accredited provider with a Zoho integration.
The practical steps
- Confirm your Zoho Books edition is the UAE version, with VAT and your tax registration number set correctly
- Ask the provider to evidence support for Zoho Books specifically (a ready connector or file export)
- Test exporting a sample of your invoices through the provider and converting them to PINT AE without errors
- Run the pilot: send an invoice, then receive one from a supplier
- Train the accounts team, then switch on live invoicing before your deadline
