Three providers have days left to be accredited: what if you signed with them?

Fyient, Global Experts and SNB are still "under final assessment" on the Ministry of Finance list, and Decision 168 gave them 30 days from 1 October to complete accreditation or lose it. Here is what that means if you signed with one of them or are negotiating.

The short version. Article 19 of Ministerial Decision 168 of 2026 gives anyone pre-approved before 1 October 30 days to complete the accreditation requirements, or the Ministry terminates the pre-approval. On the Ministry's list on 18 October, three remain in that section. None of them can run your invoices in production before full accreditation.

The three

ProviderWhat it offersIf you want an alternative of the same kind
Fyient Line TechnologyEnd-to-end implementation bringing finance, tax and IT together; lists SAP, Dynamics and TallyFor the same systems: Fynamics (publishes prices), Advintek
Global ExpertsAn SAP partner (RISE with SAP, S/4HANA) adding e-invoicing for its SAP clientsSAP itself is accredited (no. 197202) with the Document and Reporting Compliance module inside the system
SNB Accounting Management & Tax ConsultancyA tax and accounting advisory firm adding e-invoicing to its services; confirmed to us that pricing is on quoteFully accredited accounting firms: UHY James (accredited 16 October), KGRN, Mac & Ross, Moore JFC

In the same batch, Avalara and UHY James moved from this section to full accreditation on 16 October, so the section does move, and the three may make it. But "may" is not something to build your deadline on.

If you signed with one of them

  1. Ask in writing where it stands today: has it completed the OpenPeppol tests and the verification test with the Authority (Article 12), and when does it expect accreditation? A general "soon" is not enough.
  2. Do not go to production with it. Your real invoices only pass through a provider in the accredited table. Testing in its sandbox is one thing; operating is another.
  3. If your deadline is 30 October, appoint an accredited alternative now and register it in EmaraTax, because the penalty for delay is AED 5,000 for each month or part of one, and a contract with a pre-approved provider does not stop it. You can return to it if it is accredited.
  4. An exit clause. If your contract has no fee-free termination in case accreditation is not granted within a set period, ask for an addendum that adds one. After Decision 168 that is a normal condition, not a special request.

If you are negotiating and have not signed

Wait until the name appears in the accredited table with a six-digit accreditation number, then sign. Meanwhile, if your deadline is close, an alternative from the table above protects the date. The directory shows the section updated with every review.
