  2. Is the SAP connection a ready module or does it need a developer? Who maintains it when the system updates?
  3. Put the accreditation number and its expiry date in the contract, with a fee-free exit and my data handed over in a portable format.
  4. Do my suppliers' incoming invoices land inside my system, or stay in your portal?
