The short version. Of the 67 accredited providers on the Ministry of Finance list (16 October 2026), 13 name Odoo among the systems they integrate with. Five publish figures; the rest quote on request. Odoo itself is not on the accredited list, so you cannot e-invoice from Odoo without an accredited provider.
Providers that publish prices
| Provider | Accreditation no. | Published price |
|---|---|---|
| TronStride FZC | 182493 | 100 documents free, 500 for AED 1,470 a year, and every tier published up to 240,000 documents |
| Fynamics Techno Solutions | 159905 | From AED 4,500 a year, tiered by invoice volume |
| InvoiceNow biz | 184465 | A free plan with 120 invoices a year (sales and purchases) for one user. Larger plans on quote |
| Ravera EInvoicing Services | 199307 | First 100 invoices free, then quote (from their reply to us on 11 October) |
| Hamwi Computer Software (Fatorly) | 131375 | 100 documents a year free, more on quote |
Note: Ministerial Decision 168 of 2026 commits every accredited provider to 100 free invoices a year per customer. The real comparison is the price after the first 100, and the cost of the Odoo connection itself.

Five questions before you sign
- Which Odoo do you run? Community or Enterprise, and on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server. Ask whether the connection works on exactly your setup, and from which version.
- What is the connection, exactly? A module installed inside Odoo, an API that needs a developer, or file uploads? And who maintains it when you upgrade Odoo?
- Incoming invoices. Your suppliers' invoices will arrive electronically too. Ask whether they land inside Odoo as vendor bills, or stay in the provider's portal.
- What does the connection itself cost? Some providers charge a one-off fee for system integration, separate from the subscription.
- The accreditation number and its expiry date. Under Decision 168, accreditation now lasts two years. Put both in the contract, with a fee-free exit.
About this list. "Names Odoo" means the provider listed Odoo on the integrations page of its site when we read it in October 2026. We have not tested any connection ourselves. Ask for a live demo on your own Odoo setup before you sign.
You can filter the provider directory by Odoo or any other system.
