The 22 October list: 70 accredited providers, and three new names, none of which publishes a price

The Ministry of Finance updated its list of accredited e-invoicing providers on 22 October 2026. Dofort Biztech, A-Cube and Young Global were added, nobody left, and the three under assessment did not move. Here is what each newcomer offers.

The short version. The Ministry list (last updated 22 October 2026) has 70 fully accredited providers and 3 under final assessment. The three newcomers are a software firm that connects ERP systems, an Italian API platform, and an audit and tax firm in Dubai. None of them publishes prices, so price publishers stay at 9 of 70.

The newcomers

Young Global193284An audit, tax and advisory firm in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and an FTA-approved tax agentNot statedNot published; offers free readiness calls

A-Cube shows ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 37001 on its UAE page, and announced its accreditation on 19 October. The other two do not list certifications on their sites. Note that Young Global's site talks about the service provider as a third party and does not say it is the accredited provider itself, even though its name is on the list. Ask about that before you sign.

What did not change

  • Nobody left the list. All 67 providers accredited on 16 October are still there.
  • The three under assessment remain: Fyient, Global Experts and SNB. Decision 168 gave them 30 days from 1 October, which run out at the end of the month. Details in our article on them.
  • Price publishers stay at 9. The list grows, but the share of providers that give you a number before you contact them goes down.

If you are considering one of the newcomers

  1. Ask about live customers in the UAE. Accreditation proves they passed the tests; it does not say how many customers they serve here.
  2. Get the accreditation date in writing. Under Decision 168, accreditation lasts two years from the date granted. Accreditation in October 2026 means renewal around October 2028, so ask about their renewal plan.
  3. Find out who runs the transmission. Dofort and Young Global describe on their sites connecting your system to a provider. Ask whether transmission goes through them under their own accreditation number, or through another party.

You can see them in the provider directory alongside the other seventy and filter by your system.
