Why this matters
Most of the 67 providers sell a "connection" between your system and the Peppol network, and the connection itself has a cost, maintenance, and a developer every time the system updates. When the system's maker is the provider there is no connection at all: the invoice leaves from the same screen you write it in today. That is why the directory lifts your system's maker to the top when you pick your system in the filter.
The one question before you rely on it
- Does my plan include e-invoicing? At Zoho it is an add-on from the Professional plan up, so lower plans need an upgrade. At Wafeq it is included in every plan, per its site. At Tally and SAP, ask your account manager and get the answer in writing.
- How many invoices do I issue a year? The first 100 are free at Zoho, and that is every accredited provider's commitment under Decision 168 (Article 9). If you issue 500 a year, Zoho's pack is a one-off AED 185.
- Do I receive my suppliers' invoices inside the system? E-invoicing runs both ways. Ask whether incoming invoices appear as vendor bills in your system.
If your system is not one of these
The directory has a filter for every system: QuickBooks, Odoo, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics and others, with providers that publish prices first.
