On QuickBooks? 12 accredited providers list a QuickBooks integration, and 4 publish their prices

QuickBooks itself is not on the accredited list, so you need a provider that connects to it. These are the providers that name QuickBooks on their sites, the prices they publish, and questions to ask before you sign.

The short version. Of the 67 accredited providers on the Ministry of Finance list (16 October 2026), 12 name QuickBooks among the systems they integrate with. 4 publish figures; the rest quote on request. QuickBooks itself is not on the accredited list, so you need a provider that connects to it.

Questions before you sign

  1. Which QuickBooks do you run? Online or Desktop. Most providers that name QuickBooks mean Online; ask explicitly whether the connection works on Desktop.
  2. Is the connection an app in the Intuit marketplace, a module, or an API that needs a developer?
  3. Incoming invoices. Your suppliers' invoices will arrive electronically too. Ask whether they land inside QuickBooks as vendor bills, or stay in the provider's portal.
  4. What does the connection itself cost? Some providers charge a one-off fee for system integration, separate from the subscription.
  5. The accreditation number and its expiry date. Under Decision 168, accreditation now lasts two years. Put both in the contract, with a fee-free exit.
About this list. "Names QuickBooks" means the provider listed QuickBooks on the integrations page of its site when we read it in October 2026. We have not tested any connection ourselves. Ask for a live demo on your own setup before you sign.

You can filter the provider directory by QuickBooks or any other system, or ask for a shortlist from their published data.
