Every accredited provider has committed to 100 free e-invoices a year per customer (Ministerial Decision 168/2026, Article 9). The real comparison is the price after the first 100 and the cost of connecting your system. Decision 168 explained

This directory is independent and not affiliated with the Ministry of Finance or any provider. Provider names and links are taken from the official list published on the MoF website (updated 16 October 2026). The list changes — always verify current accreditation on mof.gov.ae before contracting. We currently receive no commission from any provider; any future partnerships will be clearly disclosed.

Questions before you sign

How do I check a provider is really accredited?

Open the Ministry of Finance list and confirm the name sits in the accredited table with a six-digit accreditation number. The number we show on each provider is taken from that table. Ask for the number and its expiry date in the contract, because accreditation is now valid for two years under Ministerial Decision 168 of 2026. Decision 168: what to put in the contract

What does "under final assessment" mean?

A provider that was pre-approved and has not finished testing. Decision 168 abolished that stage on 1 October 2026 and gave those providers 30 days to complete accreditation, or lose it. Such a provider cannot run your invoices in production before full accreditation, so do not sign before it appears in the accredited table.

I run Zoho, Tally, Wafeq or SAP. Do I need another provider?

The maker of your system is itself accredited, so you can e-invoice from inside the system without a third party. Pick your system in the filter and it appears first. Just confirm that your plan includes e-invoicing, since some charge for it as an add-on.

What does e-invoicing cost?

Only 9 providers publish figures on their sites, from AED 185 for 500 invoices at Zoho to AED 4,500 a year at Fynamics. The rest quote on request. I have no accounting system, I work in Excel. What do I do?

Why doesn't the directory rank providers from best to worst?

Because we have not evaluated their performance. We show what each provider publishes about its integrations, certifications and prices, and what it confirmed to us by email, and we currently take no commission from anyone. The default order puts providers that publish prices first, because they are the easiest to compare, then alphabetical. The comparison sheet holds the questions that surface the real differences.
